do with common veggies and fruits to

Member Kate Kaczala of Callihan Catering
brought Chef Dante and sous-chef Rachel
to demonstrate some of the techniques
used by this superb catering company.
The chef was enthusiastic about
microgreen gardening which he uses
often in his garnishes. His very '
hands on' presentation was exciting--and
delicious-- as club members all were
able to taste the various microgreens,
as well as a soup shooter, sugared
flowers on flourless brownies among the
various items displayed. He
suggested many different ideas and
recipes to inspire us in our own
entertaining.
